one of the best books i have been ever reading...

the last stuff has been so confusing and honestly i dont think i'll be able to understand anything for the rest of the book

honestly all these fields... I don't get it but for some reason its still interesting even though i don't understand it completely but I guess probably no one really does... and also I really wish more sci fi incorporated this cool physics stuff because it would be so interesting

yeah I'm not going to pretend I understand what a quark is

also when he mentions something I learnt in year 12 biology like YES I KNEW THAT AND UNDERSTAND THAT I AM SO SMART ALREADY

i love learning about stuff i just dont like the education system. but they should get high school kids to read this in science

I cannot believe I'm saying this (well I actually can because I love physics), but I'm loving this book, the language is simple enough that you understand and the subject is complex enough that it keeps you interested, it is the perfect marriage of narrative and content.. I'm enjoying this...Hopefully the magic continues till the end of the book.

I'm going to have to return this to the library before I'm finished and will need to get it back later. I just hope I don't forget the first half before I get it back again. And just when I was starting to feel so smart. Science is usually a challenge for me, but this one is written in a very accessible way.

I've never been a "space geek" (for lack of a better term) —that was, until I began reading this book. I'm in complete awe, totally dazzled by it.

This book is way down awesome

Christophe Galfard takes complicated concepts and makes them completely accessible to the casual reader with a keen interest in physics and astronomy. Enjoying this book in small chunks.

The concept of INFINITY is sooooo disconcerting... 😅😅😅

NASA estimates that dark matter and dark energy, collectively, take up 95% of the contents of our universe. 😧😧😧 THE THINGS WE CAN SEE MAY ONLY BE 5% OF WHAT EXISTS. 😵😵😵 AHHHH THE UNIVERSE KEEPS GETTING WEIRDER
