So fun.

Literally only one character was introduced that could have been the baddie, so I wasn't all that surprised when they turned out to be, well, bad. But it's been an enjoyable ride.

This is falling a bit into the "Hyper-competent, inexplicably accomplished, well travelled Female Victorian Detective" trope I'm getting a bit tired of recently, but I do like that she's actually self conscious about how others see her. That's a nice change to the many, MANY other takes on this I've read.

Can't beat an epilogue that features 🦄 lore 📝

I was about to hunt down kidnappers with a 12 year old pickpocket, a raven and a police officer who didn't quite trust me. What could possibly go wrong?
