Uh… the author could definitely use an editor and beta readers. Simple mistakes keep popping up that pull the reader out of the story like saying “I should have piece.” Instead of, “I should have peace.”

The pregnancy interactions with the doctor are driving me crazy. At 4-5 weeks the doctor does and external ultrasound just fine. At 10 weeks the doctor tells her the baby’s gender. I feel like it these interactions are a part of the story, please do some basic research. It’s so off the wall that it throws me out of the story.

I saw a tiktok on this book by the author where the MMC called the FMC insane and other mean names for saying I love you because all he did was show her kindness. Normally, that would be enough to stop my interest. But the author swore up and down that the grovelling was more than enough... I shall be the critic for that😂
