When doing research on an author's book I was reading for a discussion group, I found an author interview between Kiran Desai and a beautiful middle aged braided eloquent spoken Jamaican named Marlon James.

So taken by his mannerisms and speech I decided that I needed to read one of his books.

So here I am reading his Booker Prize novel and so far the book is so very beautiful and intense.
