Bad bad bad girl ... started off with juice drink for breakfast then scrambled egg on wholewheat toast. THEN walked dog, felt ill, ate 2 doghnuts, cream cake and thought might as well have what the rest of the family were having - shepherds pie ... There's still tomorrow

Day 5: feel ok, mostly had the Joe's Mean Green 2x a day with mackerel on toast for lunch. Don't like juices with pear-too sweet and sickly but hubby liked it. Keep going !
