Status Updates From Haunted

As an edgy teenager, I used to worship Palahniuk and his snarky, off-the-wall, made-to-shock books. But at 33, re-reading this again, I feel I might’ve lost taste for it. It feels really disconjointed and pretentious, almost like a teenager wrote it. I wonder if I’ll feel the same with Invisible Monsters since it was my favorite book in middle school. I need a re-read soon.
