So far this book is -dense-. I think it's full of fantastic information and would advise bringing along your annotation toolkit if you struggle to focus like I do.

I struggle with anxiety and seemed to have passed that right along to my little one, and though we are both in therapy I like to find any extra reading I can to help me/us cope with our feelings in healthy ways.
