Being a retelling it's pretty predictable, and some of the side stories aren't needed, but it's pretty enjoyable.

I feel like he's going to do something really stupid...

Not at all sure what this little side plot is about, it seems pretty unnecessary.

Interesting start, definitely a different take on this classic fairy tale.
