Here mostly the latter, description of the heroine looses all credibility. Antique Art Dealer/Restaurateur turns within 2 years into a fighting machine that bests a garrison of warriors who play with their swords since they are kids? Seriously?

For someone who spent a book courting slow and passionate romance this is a hell of an action sequence

So things have mixed up completely from the last book, personalities are still the same but in a sort of soap opera sorta twist, the relationships are different. and it's not sappy lovey dovey. interesting...
