Getting through her slowly!! I’m losing focus a bit and got impatient this last story- but I also just don’t think it was for me

Finished Bird Superior!! I knew there was a twist, didn’t expect it to be so literal- was pleasantly surprised!

The Neglected Garden - I Too, crucify myself to my boyfriends fence when he tries to break up with me 😭 Anne is absolutely deranged but I love it. I love how we never learn the Narrators name the whole short story. I love how he talks to himself but manages to personify Anne, Anne, who does not speak a word beyond the initial night and incident. So good !! Maybe my fav 👀👀🖤🖤

Just finished Arrangement for Invisible Voices and I’m hooked- there were a couple of sentences where I had to force myself to slow down bc I realized I had gotten too excited at the terrifying bits and had lost myself in Koja’s very in your face POV style of writing- very excited to read the next story!
