Better than therapy if you put the work in. The best book on spirituality I've ever read--especially if you're suspicious of religion. The connection Cameron makes between creativity & spirituality is a game changer, and I wish it was emphasized more. Every chapter was engaging and extremely well thought out. The book as a whole is absolutely needed in the world. Cannot recommend enough.
