Status Updates From Waiting, Hoping, Wishing

Still haven’t actually met Matt. Hmm....

I couldn't fall asleep last night so I picked a story I thought would be short and simple. And this is. The writing is super dry, largely exposition, and I can't super get behind the romance because Dean seems to have more of an unhealthy fixation than true feels. But eh. It's alright.

Dean just found out his friend Matt broke up with his boyfriend and is coming to see him.

I expected it, but I'm glad for the sending they both get.

Minor gay m/m novella, a quick read; very predictable with little plot, one sex scene that's less interesting than the intimacy that follows... Way too pat "And they all lived happily ever after" ending

I've skimmed a lot up until now because it's a lot of tell and no show.
