Status Updates From Triptych

Not enjoying so far. First 10 to 15% of the book doesn't deal with Will Trent from his own perspective and then the next 15 to 20% is currently time jumping on some ex con.. 8+ book series centered around Will.. dunno if I'm gonna bother with book 2 at this rate.

There's so much I want to say, but I don't want to ruin it for someone else. All I'll say is, "WOW!"

The more I read, the more I think I'm right about the ending... sadly. This book is sooo good!

I didn't get much reading done this morning. I was dying to get back to the book at 3 a. m., but my body had other ideas... like sleep.

Imagine living in a post-apocalypse world, where every survivor has forgotten how to be nice or sympathetic or how to be friends. That's the world the characters of this book live in, so far. Frankly, it's very tedious to slog through.

Interesting book so far. Intriguing structure which keeps the reader interested and demands he/she pays attention. So far so good.
