Status Updates From When the Cranes Fly South

Something about this book gives Tuesdays with Morrie vibes. It could use a little kick in its step from somebody like Mrs. Kipp (and her Extraordinary Deaths), but I also kind of appreciate the slow pace and experience of reflecting with the main character that tends to come with this type of story.
