Status Updates From The Rabbit Club

the writing style feels very caricaturistic, more like something a child would write in an attempt to sound refined than the way the refined actually speak. the dialogue is also quite weird and on-the-nose. but since i'll be at oxford for the next few months i'm going to stick with it, hoping it gets better once the mystery is introduced.

Thus far, not impressed with the dialogue. It doesn’t feel like 1993 american. It feels like English writer trying to write as an American.
