Status Updates From Orfani vol. 1: L'inizio

Ho divorato il primo dei tre albi racchiusi in questo volume. Mi sta piacendo un sacco!

Extras - they put all sorts of development stuff in the back... it’s pretty neat. Actually this is me of the best graphic novels... love the art, love the orphans and the alien storyline! And it was neat hearing from the Artists and what they would redo. I also love that they kept all the art the same style but used different artists.

Chap 3 - Wow! So, so good! Rings becomes a big part of this chap as we see him fight the general and Boyscout has to reveal Sam is important to him to get him to back down otherwise he’d be killed! He crashes to the planet and beats a bull alien but it’s been 3 days. They look for him but don’t find him...

Chap 2 - pretty cool stuff! Our orphans have a plan to get info... Angel and Boyscout go out and a city appears right before their eyes where they were just driving?! They fight trying to get a specimen and he asks her to marry him. She gets the general to allow it when creatures fly up and attack their space ship!

Chap 1 - a lot happens but we don’t get to see the training. I do like the kids from the beginning and can’t wait to see how they are as adults! The battle was cool! The art is sharp which I like if a little too comic book like for my taste. Still I’m enjoying it!
