Status Updates From Azadi

I have always wondered about the partition but never enquired much about it. The partition of 1947 which displaced more than 10 million people and killed about a million people, a dark and deadly time in my country's history. I don't know much about what I am getting into with this book but I hope to somehow understand the sufferings and pain that normal people had gone through

Partition books are so hard to read. Everything is so calm and suddenly everyone goes berserk. I feel for all those who had to live through it.
