Privilege is mentioned as a way of justifying and ending her responses to these women for sharing their life’s. Good and bad. I have seen a lot of people commenting their annoyance on this, nevertheless this is about the author and her experience.

It makes me a bit sad to see all the 2–3 star reviews of this book. What I’m reading is a woman in awe of how gardens mirror people’s lives, in the same way people often choose dogs that look like them. I find it really beautiful. At the same time, I understand the readers who say the book “just wasn’t for them” – it’s a white woman's reflections on - her life to be, and not everyone is going to connect with that.

So yeah, im re-reading this for the 4th time, but with great reason. When I , ,back in 2023 it must have been, picked up this gorgeous book on a street in Copenhagen I knew that It wasn't going to be a half read book.
Every single time I have picked up with book, I have fallen more in love with it. (- With the 50 pages I read.) Imma commit to it now. :)
