Status Updates From DCC RPG: Original Adventure...

The Chosen Sons must die. Decent hook, but the adventure itself seems pretty subpar so far.

The Secret of the Sphinx was a pretty nice bit of extra. This may not be the best version of Dark Tower, but it's heartening to see that the authors know what made it good.

I appreciate fleshing out the surroundings, but I'm sad it's not Wilderlands. I do love Wilderlands.

Still a little underwhelmed by the art, but this bunch of skeletal tech-priests, these I like.

I still like that basically all characters - down to the meanest henchmen - are named. Such a small addition that makes them that much more memorable and individual.

Much wordier, too. Takes more space but doesn't add a whole lot of substance.

Not a fan of the art direction. One thing I've always enjoyed of DCC publications has been the artwork, especially the amazing maps. All pretty much missing here. What we get is basic and underwhelming.
