It took nearly fifty percent of the book for something to happen. It just strikes me as a romance novel, considering the relationship between Marc and Brenwyn being the main theme.

I like the town - the whole idea of it being a haven for witches. The writing is also good, but I don't know if I like the characters. I'm just not meshing with them so far.
