very intriguing! a whole new way of looking at poverty issues and race.

This book is completely changing my viewpoint on diversity, especially in education. Wow! I am getting exited to see his viewpoint on class based affirmative action.

So far this book has been pretty enlightening. A good history lesson of affirmative action in the U.S. and the shifts in public policy regarding race versus class. I look forward to reading Kahlenberg's argument for class-based affirmative action.
