Hes slowly but surely extracting every last person involved in his old partners kidnapping/torture/death back to the USA for prosecution and to make sure they rot away in federal prison for the rest of eternity. Hes been successful so far but Barrera is up next!

End of part 2, it was too good to be true. I feel for Callan and Siobhan especially but he had to do it to protect her and keep himself alive aswell. I hope they reconnect later. Can never truly leave the life they com crawling back like roaches.
