Status Updates From Till the Stars Come Down

At first I was worried that this was just going to be a play where the punchlines are “look how silly the working class talk” or “women aren’t funny, it’s funny” etc. but now I’ve just finished the first act and I’m absolutely hooked. I’ve never read anything by this writer before, so I didn’t know what to expect, but it isn’t like my prior assumptions at all.
