Also as an irl co-survivor (apparently what it's called when an immediate family member is a cancer survivor and you were involved in their experiences) that's an insane reaction actually

You did not feel like you were the one with cancer.

If you feel guilty for hating an abusive disabled person simply bc they're disabled then buddy that's a you issue and you should work on your ableism that makes you see disability as something that magically makes it wrong to be angry at an abuser for abusing you bc that is in fact a form of ableism
