Status Updates From Rapture in Death (In Death,...

I like this one the least so far but I like Roarke way more than at first since I know him better. He has layers and isn’t that perfect man all the time from the seventh book. He’s interesting and Eve isn’t his whole life.

I guess fine but I don’t like how the plot description told me the connection and Eve found out about it waaaay too late in comparison. I knew it was the VR the whole time just the who was in question and even that was pretty predictable since we didn’t have many suspects or side characters. Jess, Reeanna and William were the only new additions.

Soooo I guess Jess is not the murderer. My next guess is William or more likely his wife Reeanna or whatever her name was since she’s been more in the story.
The plot really picked up when that lady decided to kill herself.

This is a bit slow the last book was so thrilling I could not put it down. This one is just meh I feel like there are no real clues or not enough. It’s boring waiting for her to figure out the connection since I read that from the back of the book.

Why is Jess so creepy. Can’t get over how weird and creepy he seems just watching Eve and Roarke.
