Status Updates From Overcoming Binge Eating

So, turns out I don't have a binge eating problem. It's clearly something else. I wouldn't have known that unless I read the first 1/4 of this book. Definitely learned quite a bit about eating disorders. So it was a pretty excellent read (1/4 of the way in) in that it taught me that it's not for me 🙈
