Status Updates From Heroes Are My Weakness

Okay, I have a theory but it's spoilery. Wondering if SEP decided to go full on with the gothic...

Hunh... <spoiler> So I was right about Regan. Jaycie is still my best bet for the present-day problem but she just seems so incredibly obvious. Plus, poor Liv. </spoiler>

I'm loving this !When the guy is being an A*s ,the heroin stands up to him and doesn't go all "Oh such a swoony A*hole ,I'm falling in love "!!

Also, Theo's manipulation of the puppets while Annie is gone is cracking me up! I know he's supposed to be all broody and possibly psycho but I love his sense of humor.

Either way, I'm already enjoying this one more than "The Great Escape" which didn't really capture me until about halfway through.

Hm, my money's on Jaycie being the real psycho. Regan would have made more sense (because Theo would have more of a reason for protecting her) but if she's dead, Jaycie's the next-best suspect. All of the attacks seem to come after Theo and Annie have had some sort of contact and Jaycie's made it clear she's got a crush.

I have been waiting for so long for this book! *happydance*

I've a book hangover from last night :)

This is juicy. So much going on. There is a strong resemblance to Wuthering Heights, which I actually hate, but maybe it's just the gothic feel. I do like fact that we get some glimpses of Theo's POV, but I wish we would get more answers quicker.

I stayed up way to late last night starting this book. I'v e been waiting for Heroes Are My Weakness ever since I finished Susan Elizabeth Phillip's Last release! On of my all time Favourite Author!

Curiouser and curiouser

This is definitely a change from her other books, a little creepy & gothic-y, but I'm liking it so far.

“What part of this is your business?”

Very different from previous books I've read by SEP. Has a gothic feel and a mystery that has totally captured my interest.
