It just gets worse and worse. A world-traveler who doesn’t know it gets cold in the desert at night? A former professional athlete who takes almost 15 minutes to run just a mile and a half? And a protagonist who just happens to be an actual war criminal? Really?
Just awful, but I’m gonna tough it out and finish this absolutely horrible book.
