I wonder if she might've had a lesser sentence if we could've prosecuted her Italian imitator for treason. Unlike Mildred, she renounced her American citizenship to retain the family estate, thereby excluding her from our legal system.

The Writing is rather sophomoric. The writer is ignorant of some of the tangential subjects in his book. His attempts at explaining philosophies in the book are weak at best or downright ignorant.
