Ok points to ponder now because there’s too much to unpack.
So Thomas doesn’t believe in the intruder theory, ok whatever. But, when Smit and Ainsworth present the evidence to support the intruder theory, Thomas just dismisses it. He doesn’t explain how the evidence supports his theory that it was Patsy, he just says the evidence is irrelevant. HOW ARE UNIDENTIFIABLE MARKINGS ON THE BODY IRRELEVANT
