I am reading this in honor of the G-7 being held in Cornwall this week.
We will be having homemade pasties, pronounced pass tees tomorrow or Sunday, but using our own official recipe, passed down through the generations by my father's French Canadian mother to my Cornish ancestry mother. Things get lost but come full circle.
