Chap 2 was fun with ghost lights, monster vomit and a traitor! They successfully sent the sorcerer back to his world and changed the henchmen back to their original form.

That was all chap 1! I like how the pages are setup with a large setting picture overlapped with the comic frames. And the art is really good and suits the story. Perfect for an adventure seeking middle grade reader of either sex!

They cross over into the goldfish world where t can talk and float in the air. It leaves them to get help. Milo stumbles into a trap and meets Cyndi and her dad. Her dad thinks it’s a wasteland on the other side of the lake. His aunts follow Milo through the water. Valia helps him escape the net in the town when sorcerer’s monsters come and destroy it.

Wow this is so cute! He finds a fish egg and hatches it to find a large goldfish which grows huge as he feeds it... a swamp thing comes looking for it but Milo gets him to go... he finds Valia a thief in a sack left by the toad dude. A veiled guy shows up and realizes Milo is lying. They escape with the help of the goldfish into a storm.

Milo let his dad wait for hours while he fished, haha , talk about passive aggressive... still once a month?! Come on you need to see him more often than that!
