Status Updates From Regeneration

i love when an author writes a character making such a specific observation that you know the authors done it themslves

talking about rivers noticing that only the cold faucet of the bath has condensation on it

I’m reading this with Libby on the iPad, so I can easily look up archaic terms or see if a character is made up or a real life person. I made the mistake of looking up one of the people - Henry Head - in Wikipedia and then going straight back to the novel. It left me confused as to which I was reading, the Wikipedia article or the work of authorial skill and mastery by Patty Barker. Lesson learnt.
