Still an easy read and I do love the Canadian references! Kate is just so dorky at times that it’s ick but woo love the mention of Western! Her job sounds cray but honestly kinda desirable personally. Matt still sounds hot :)

I can see why some peeps might not finish this book. Definitely unrealistic and wack moments and too awful characters. I’m still quite entertained though. It definitely won’t be a favourite but I still want to keep reading. Kate is still quite tragic. Matt is interesting - I don’t mind him so far!

Yay set in Canada! It’s a pretty easy read so far. I wouldn’t say the characters are likeable and they feel kinda unrealistic but I’ll keep reading. I love the lil mentions of Toronto hehe like the Leafs! Interesting job though and the main character is a hot mess!

Quick read, liking the snark from the fmc.

I'm not really relating with the MC. Couple characters ruffling my feathers. But I like the dog.

Seems like a light hearted read so far…

I made it 100 pages in and DNF. It was initially funny and I liked the main characters humor. However there was almost no description, and all that dialogue and banter got exhausting and confusing making it no fun to read. I think the pacing needs to be aided in her writing to add more to the internal life of the character.

Trying to reread the start to this book. It is absolutely inane and feels like a set up. There is no part of it that feels like it makes sense.

I hate when authors force weird and bizarre situations.

I got this as an advanced reader copy I feel like I should give it a little bit longer of a try but it is difficult!

I’m in there cross road where this audiobook is awful and I’m so done with this FMC and the plot… do I dnf or do I finish it.

This book makes me want to scream. Not the fun "this is hilarious" or "this is amazing" kind of scream. More like a "this book is torture" kind of scream.

Kate is getting a bit annoying. One minute talking about how she wants nothing to do with a guy and the next talking about his muscular arms! Then gets all upset when he backs off out of respect for what she said she wanted!!!! Make up your mind woman!!! Sheesh

So far this book is cute! I think the pace is great and has me hooked to keep reading. There has been parts that made me laugh and so far I find the main character relatable. So far I’m enjoying it.
