Right now in the book Lexi, Peggy, Binky, and Todd all went to a party and decided to leave because there was a lot of bad things happening. The day before that Lexi had to babysit her brother Ben, but got held over in class. While Ben was waiting outside a group of guys came and tried to mess with Ben, but then Matt came and helped him find Lexi.

In the book Matt came to Lexi's house to say sorry for hitting her, then after he left her friend Peggy came over for some advice.

Right now in the book Todd was working at his brothers car shop and got hungry, so he called Lexi to bring him lunch. Then Matt came and asked to use some tools, so they let him. He started causing trouble and then Matt and Todd got into a fight. Lexi tried to stop the fight, and got hit. When she fell she twisted her ankle. Now Todd is helping her get home.

Right now in the book Lexi tried to talk to her friend Peggy about leaving the friend group for her boyfriend. Lexi didn't want to ruin her friendship with Peggy, but wanted to warn her about what she was doing to there friends.

Lexi had witnessed Matt and a girl she couldn't recognize fighting on the street. The girl slapped Matt twice, and Lexi thought that Matt might hit back because he has a bad temper, but Matt just walked away.

Right now in the book there was a fight between Matt and Eddie. Now that everyone is talking about how Matt got suspended Lexi and her friends are trying to figure out why Matt is so mean.
