Status Updates From Demonii

Lot of time to read because of traveling. A group of revolutionaries meet up and discuss the future of Russia. In a chapter that past editions censored it is revealed that the troublemaker son is a pedophile and that he molested a girl in Petersburg and drove her to commit suicide. He goes to a priest to ask for forgiveness.

This MAY be my favorite Dostoyevsky yet. The drama… the action… the deception! Marvelous!! I’ve binged almost 150 pages in the last day! Dostoyevsky has done it again: waited until the latter third to bring around such a fantastic dramatic experience
