It bothers me that Forward is separating 'painful effects of unloving mothers' such as "the steamroller of a mother's narcissism, emotional abandonment, or being forced to be a caretaker" from 'being abused'. Physical abuse is NOT the only form of abuse. It is disappointing that Forward is now buying into that myth. It is very dismissive of the rest of us.

Ach! She's advising people to release helium balloons with messages attached to the string. HORRIBLE idea! The balloons, and their strings, are harmful to both wildlife and the natural environment. Please do NOT release helium balloons to drift away outside.
