Reading this books feels like someone has been following me around with a camera.

I'm abandoning this at approx 35% read. It just isn't applicable to my life at the moment - although perhaps at some point the exercises in the second half of the book might be worth looking at.. I was reading an audio copy, so I didn't even get that far.

So far so good. I’ve been having issues with my mother (hence the reason I chose to read it) and hoping that it helps me cope.

This is a very heavy difficult read, but I like it. It has good content.
