the healing section of this is the hardest to read for me

This book is extremely hard for me to read! Very slow progress as it's taking about painful truth! And it brings up a lot of trauma and makes you think about a lot of childhood trauma.
And btw, it applies to any parent, not only mothers and also any child, not only daughters! If you are a man, please also read this essential book!
