Lots to read and learn, on going reading, covers a lot, RA, Lupus, Sjogren's, etc. Strongly advise anyone with these immune issues to read this book written by a doctor who knows what he is writing about

Struggling to read this because it's not fun at all, of course.

Oh my gosh, even skimming the material here, which is something I hate to do, this will take forever to finish. Though I'm really grateful to have such a massive resource (seriously, it gives me stomach pains to read this thing propped up on my belly when I'm lying down!) I wish he'd made a cliff notes version! After graduating college, I have less and less discipline reading nonfiction!

800 pages, but it’s manageable information. I appreciate how the doctor wrote this.
