like yah not bad but this one was more exciting. it feels like there’s too much fighting but not too much of other kind of progression. like her learning english or assimilating there and fighting for humans yk?

also not super clear abt her dad. i assume he’s responsible for those killer machines, right? but im not too sure

on chapter 3 and this story isn’t as exciting as volume 1. im more interested in her assimilation on earth rather than her fighting magic users/aliens/bad guys with no relation to earth

Siobhan Smythe (a.k.a. Silver Banshee)‘s language powers are so cool! I wish I could do that. I don’t know if her meeting with Kara is just happenstance or premeditated but I’ll just wait and see.

Notes:
(1) One of the main characters is an Irish punk named Siobhan. Luckily I recently learned how to properly pronounce it, otherwise I would have been way off.
(2) George Perez draws the first issue of this. That was a pleasant surprise. His art's pretty dated, so I don't think I'd enjoy an entire run, but for a one-off it's a nice throwback.

Now that I know where this is going I enjoy it much more!

This one is interesting... so far it's not as good as the first volume.
