I’m finding this book offensive, partially because it was selected as a book club selection for the Women’s Network at my job. There’s biased language used to describe a hypothetical person (such as a doctor, etc) as exclusively male. Results of experiments performed with only straight male subjects are extrapolated to the entire population. Disparaging comments about belief systems such as voudou are made.
