Dug out one of my old comfort reads.

Apr 3 I really enjoyed the military aspect and learning how the branches operate. That was the best part of the book. There were some good moments and humor, but I didn't like many things about it and I really didn't like the way it ended. No resolution, sudden, and the lack of romance was the worst part.

Apr 2 Too much medical lingo and problems for me. Too much of the bad guy's POV. The writing is all business with no sentimentality or character backgrounds or warmth. But I do like the military info and learning how it works from someone who knows what they're talking about. There are good moments. This is fiction with the barest hint of romance, and that sucks.

Aleesha is part of an all woman Special Ops team. So far very good!
