Status Updates From Wives and Daughters

Do we like this budding friendship between Roger and Molly?? 🤔

I've stopped at Ch21, where I will shelve this book as DNF and pick it up again if I am desperate for an audiobook and/or need something to fall asleep to. Molly has just met Roger out on the grounds. Her dad is getting married to the school teacher/former governess of the rich family who started as somewhat nice but is now quite materialistic, lazy, and manipulative. Not sure I like where this is going anyway!
