I really feel like this book helped motivate me to change my habits for the better. I didn’t enjoy the self help talks as much as I loved the neuroscience behind the motivation. It’s less than a 7 hr audiobook listen so it is easy to get through it while doing chores. Would recommend for someone trying to increase there self care
