Status Updates From Religious Literacy: What Ev...

I'm reading this as a supplementary book to a Harvard audit course I'm taking on the topic. It wasn't assigned, I just know it will enhance my experience. It's so interesting how judgemental people are about topics they know very little about... And yes educating myself is absolutely how I face my own internal biases which I too am all too guilty of.

Makes for repetitive and often tedious listening if you already agree with the premise: that being educated about religion -- in an American context, at minimum being educated about the Bible and Christianity -- is a necessary part of being an informed citizen. I do agree, so I don't need persuasion, and I'm not sure this much argumentation is necessary for persuasion. Also not written very engagingly.
