Status Updates From The Eight Gates of Zen: A P...

I’m really enjoying this book. It’s one of the recommended reads on the reading list for the Zen monastery that I practice with which was started by the author of this book, so it’s really quite specific to this tradition and it is quite helpful I am finding as a map of sorts for what to expect while diving deeper into the MRO and this lineage of Zen practice.

I am getting a lot from this book so far. I am still early on, I am finding it very relevant to my own experience in practicing Zen Buddhism remotely with ZMM. It is such a rich and powerful lineage of wisdom and depth of life that I wouldn't want to be living any other way. Thanks to this incredible bodhisattva who I was never able to meet on this Earth but has affected my life to the very core with his teachings.
