The concept of letting the right mind take over when writing is interesting. The prose in the way it's written is extensive and heavy for my taste, like a textbook, but manages to provide engaging ideas that keep me from abandoning entirely. It can be exhausting to read, but the points it makes are sound ideas. I can feel myself letting go more often doing the exercises.
