The exposition and notation get worse as this book progresses.

Chapter 2 of this book (just completed) is perhaps the worst bit of mathematics I have ever read.

The exposition of the simplex algorithm in this book, aside from the confusingly atrocious (abuse of) notation and typos, is pretty terrible.

Ok! Finally finished Chapter 1. Not reading religiously. But trying!!
