Getting a little tired of pharmaceuticals plus some form of therapy being the treatment for all of these ailments. Was this book funded by Big Pharma?

So far his does not seem like another pop-pyschology book. I have found it to be rather insightful and helpful. Some of the language is a little simplistic and the headings every couple of paragraphs are a bit distracting, but the content is actually engaging and informative.

Fantastic, well researched, refreshingly modern.
